Who you are dealing with
LaunchProof is operated by Jash Shah as an individual, in Jersey City, New Jersey. It is not a company. These terms are governed by New Jersey law.
The service
The free tools on the site run in your browser. A paid Single Run is a hand inspection and a written report. Pro is a monthly plan for those runs. The service is provided as it is, during an early beta.
There is no guarantee that an ad platform will approve an ad, and no guarantee of campaign results.
Liability
Liability is capped at the amount you paid LaunchProof for the run or the month in question. If you paid nothing, that cap is zero.
